Refund policy
Please read carefully before ordering:
- If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange it for you providing it is within 14 days of receiving your order. (extra charges may occur due to shipping) This excludes any special orders; i.e. commission works.
- If for some reason there is a genuine fault with the product we will "No questions asked" replace it at no charge.
- If however there is damage to the product due to the postage this must be taken up with the post office at your end. We are more than happy to help out where we can from our end.

You can click the withdraw contract and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your product, Products would need to be sent back at the cost of the customer and checked before the refund will be processed.
- Please note that we at themaorishop.co.nz are not accountable for any damages or missing products. If you are seeking and refund and are returning the product to us via courier then you the customer are liable for any loss or damages to the product.
