RETURNS POLICY

Please read carefully before ordering:

  1. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange it for you providing it is within 14 days of receiving your order. (extra charges may occur due to shipping) This excludes any special orders such as commissioned work.
  2. If for some reason there is a genuine fault with the product we will replace it at no charge, no questions asked.
  3. If the product is damaged in transit to you, this must be taken up with the post office/ Aramex or NZ Post at your end. We are more then happy to help out where we can from our end.
